Chrysler

This new automobile dealership includes 14,914 square feet of finished office and showroom space. The structure is a pre-engineered building with aluminum composite material installed in a pressure equalized rain screen panel system on the street side and masonry veneer on other walls. The facility includes a street front service drive and separate brand salons to showcase products. The Chrysler signature arch announces an open main street environment with an inviting customer lounge. The service bays include commercial and passenger vehicles, an express care oil change lane and complete customer care with retail parts.

General Motors

This project was an interior renovation, new exterior façade renovation and expansion of service bays. Additional offices were added and the interior finishes and layout were renovated to General Motors new showroom and customer experience requirements. The exterior was renovated to include new insulated storefront and the General Motors entry arch.
